Obituary for Tony Dewitt Lewis Jr.

Tony Dewitt Lewis Jr. born the fourth child of Tony Lewis Sr. and Sabrina on June 17, 1995 in Montgomery, AL. He was preceded in death by his brother Tony Lewis, grandparents Martha Lewis and James Douglas, uncle James Shackelford Sr., cousin Reginald Shackelford, and devoted step-father Derrick Wright. He received Christ under the leadership of Calvin McTier, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. He departed unexpectedly on January 12, 2014 at an early age of 19.
He was known to many as “Lil Tony”. He was blessed with a great amount of family and friends who loved him as a brother or child of their own. We will cherish our wonderful memories of him with laughter, his great sense of humor, and his love for his nieces and nephews.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories of a loving devoted mother and father, Tony Lewis and Sabrina (Tim) Jackson; sisters, Jasmin (Jeramie) Thibodeaux, Lakeshia (Walter) Fuller, Passion (Ladarius) Jackson and Lashon Washington; brother, Robdrecus Fuller and Rodmon (Tonetta) Jackson; grandparents, Harrold (Cynthia) Shackelford and Martha Jackson; great grandparents, James (Ruth) Shackelford; aunts, Harriet (Joseph) Mims, Kizzy (Von) Shackelfod, Tracey Gilmer, and Sharon Lewis; uncles, Roderick (Susan) Mushat, Andre (Shakita) Jackson, George (Nikki) Shackelford, Harrold Shackelford, Michael (Tawanda) Lewis, Timothy Lewis and Willie Lewis; nieces, Jesmya Jackson, Zykia Peterson, Jakyla Jackson, Takia Peterson; nephews, Jeremy Thibeodeaux, Jabraylon Jackson, Jaylin Jackson, cousin, Morgan, Shandrea, Andrea, Andre and Deshaun Jackson; Lil ‘ Kizzy, Ashley, Anthony, and Kiara Shackelford; De’Asia and Harrold Cunningham; Patricia and Zykia Wallace; Omar and Justin Mushat; Latonya Williams, Kenderique McDonald, Kyshaun McDaniel; Latoya, Ieshia, Sharonda, Shanya, Durell ,Tori, Brittany, Neisha , and Krystal Lewis; Kiara Calhoun, Jameika Crenshaw, and Lakendria Brooks; Godmother; Korica Mitcheam; special friends; DL, Pete, Diago, Rollo, and host of loving great aunts and uncles, cousins, friends and extended family.
