Sandra L Osborne was born to Robert Randall and Mary O. Woods in Montgomery, AL. She graduated from Autauga County High School and she completed her Bachelor Degree at Los Angeles College for Early childhood Education and Business. She opened her first community daycare in Van Nuys, CA for Newborn to 5 year old. In 1998 she received an Honorary Doctoral Degree from Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley in Cummunity Service In 1990 Sandy was ordained as a licenced Minister and Pastor. She utilized her ministering feeding the homeless, encouraging single mothers, working with teenagers, and changing the lives of gang bangers in Los Angeles, CA. Sandy left Califorinia to return to her hometown of Montgomery, AL in 2002. As a resident of Montgomery, AL, she spent the next chapter in her life as a fitness and wellness coach, foster parent, substitute teacher, and dedicated golfer. She is one of the founders of Driving Force Women’s Golf Club, where she developed long lasting relationships with so many amazing women and men. Sandy was also a Radio Host for Health and Fitness with WVAS at Alabama State University. She was a member of River Edge Church where she Continued to minister, praise and worship God.

She leaves behind her son, Edward Pickett Jr. and her daughter Victoria Mahand. She has two grandchildren, Joseph Eddings III, and Summer Mahand, her mother, Mary O. Woods, brothers, Robert Randell Jr., James Bowling (Janette), Vivian Randall, Ronald Randall (Shirley) Airlvaungh Randall, nieces, Sophia Randall, Charlotte Tyson, Mimi Randall, Shantria Randall, Nikki Bowling, Maria and Nehemia Tyson.
