Mrs. Glenda Marie Williams was born on December 29, 1952 to the late George, Jr. and Annie Lee Dunklin in Fort Deposit, AL. She confessed Christ at early age and joined the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

Glenda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Troy University and Master’s in Psychology from Walden State University. She was employed at Thermalex, Inc. for over twenty-four years. She loved cooking, and baking cakes were her “Pride and Joy”.

After fighting a courageous battle with cancer, she departed this life on Saturday, March 4, 2017.

She leaves to cherish her memories a loving and devoted husband Charles Williams, three daughters, Yulonda (Willie) Carter, Kenyatta (Robert) Nelson, and Renada Dunklin; two sons, Dimetris Dunklin and Cornelius Williams; seven grandchildren, Aiyana Morris, Alex and Alexia Williams, Deuntre and Cameron Dunklin, and Emelie and Loryn Nelson; four brothers, Willie (Claudia) Hale, Jr., Mack Arthur (Wyzonia) Dunklin, George Wayne (Mary Steiner) Dunklin, and Ray (Keisa) Dunklin; four sisters, Voncile Dunklin, Debbie Webb, Connie (Lonnie) Flynn and Shelia Ellis, and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and devoted friend and hair stylist Kingaita “Shanta” Rudolph

She was preceded in death by her father, George Dunklin, Jr., mother, Annie Lee Dunklin, brother, Phillip Dunklin and nephew, Kentaurus Dunklin.
